For non-designers and surface pattern designer newbie's, it's always nice to know how a repeating pattern is achieved! So I thought I would share my process from sketch, to digital vector to repeating pattern step by step on Instagram. Check it out here on my Instagram page (@JennySurfacePatterns) when I was following along with professional Surface Pattern Designer Bonnie Christine's 5 day pattern challenge.

Take time for a tea break and check out the process!

This is my repeating surface pattern - Pine Cones Print featuring on mug mock ups!
